ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LCS Support Analyst to provide 24/7 rotational support for critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in incident and problem management, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization. Key Responsibilities:
