We are looking for a Project Officer to take care of ERI@N IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, capacity planning, operations supports, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, monitor system resource utilization and etc
• Perform general maintenance on IT equipment, system upgrades, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, such as: basic network troubleshooting in windows and linux using command prompt or Terminal troubleshooting of software or web browser compatibility issue for applications. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma (for PO and Research Assistant equivalent) in IT operational support or related field
