Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate to Level 2 support when required.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining IT systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and common office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is a plus.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for UPS, DC Systems, and Battery installations, commissions, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with end-users on-site to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure safe execution of site work.
• Deliver training to customers on the startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance contracts to ensure work is completed promptly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.

• Candidates will be trained in client products to give end to end resolutions on usual technical issues raised.

• Candidates will be receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving issues that arises out of our products in any contact center production environment.

• Job profile involves travel to Customer Site across the globe on need basis to perform any support related activities on Client Products.

• Must perform technical troubleshooting on our products implemented at customer site by taking a remote session (or) by coordinating with onsite engineer.

• May have to extend regular work timings (if required) while working on Support tasks assigned.

• Will report to the Support Lead.

Required Professional & Interpersonal Qualities:

• Any Graduate / BE / BTech /MCA.

• Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders, supporting organizations, and peers.

• Excellent communication, management, negotiation, and organization skills with the ability to communicate at executive levels of the organization.

Support IT infrastructure (PCs, physical and virtual servers, storage, network, on-premises and cloud) i.e. systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
Provide L2 technical support and advice to users on systems-related issues or queries.
Perform systems administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations
Cross group collaboration
Work closely with all technical group to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
Diploma/Degree or equivalent
Min. 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Technical knowledge infra stacks i.e. x86, Unix, storage and backups, networks, security, desktops/laptops/devices, servers
Knowledge of OS – Linux, Windows OS, Mac OS, and Servers Operating Systems, M365, Microsoft Intune
Knowledge of network architecture and security, routers, switches, provisioning, firewalls, and security
Possess problem solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Experienced in VIP user support.
Demonstrated verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
