Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT management, with demonstrated expertise in setting up IT systems and infrastructure from scratch.
• Proven track record in CRM and finance system implementation, ideally in a regulated industry like pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks.

As an IT Intern at Rapsodo, you will have a holistic view of how Technology and Business Integrate, and responsible for a wide range of technologies not limited to systems administration, helpdesk, telephony administration, laptop/desktop computer build-up/replacement etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be the 1st level support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees

· Assist with setting up and configuration of laptop and desktop computers (OS Installations, Software Installs, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to all our offices in Singapore.
• Serve as point of contact for all inbound service requests from users.
• On-site support for desktop applications, emails, printers and other hardware and networking related issues.
