Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Application Support:

Provide second and third-level support for Java-based applications.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Tools usage and scripting would be added advantage

Troubleshooting:

Analyze, identify, and resolve complex software issues.

Debug and troubleshoot Java code to fix defects and performance issues.

Qualifications
