Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant logistics experience within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on large-scale or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in logistics management, including material handling, equipment coordination, and project-based logistics planning.
• Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles, with proven experience in logistics tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our bunkering operations, focusing on vessel scheduling, daily operations, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management. The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and optimal resource utilization.

What you will be doing:

Data Management:

• Ensure all data is entered accurately and promptly into the company's systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records of deliveries, and inventory.

Bunkering Coordination:

• Coordinate with shipping agents to obtain accurate vessel ETAs.
• Liaise between charterers and the shipping team to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Address any issues that may arise and mediating the situation

Vessel Scheduling:

• Efficiently schedule vessels to meet delivery timelines and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with port authorities, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations, including loading, unloading, and vessel movements.
• Monitor vessel performance and address any operational challenges.

Conflict Resolution:
