What you'll do:

As an Events Executive, your role will be instrumental in supporting the Operations department with various executional tasks. You will be involved in the comprehensive process of customer events, from developing logistical materials to coordinating contracts. Your responsibilities will also encompass updating the event management system, liaising with vendors, tracking budgets, planning travel arrangements, maintaining communication platforms, and collecting valuable customer feedback data. This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple customer needs and ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Provide implementation and administrative support to the Operations department

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Events Executive role brings a Bachelor's degree along with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the maintenance, security and management of the Building.

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management, security and fire protection system.
