• Prepare maintenance contracts for renewal notices, and service sales reports to monitor contract renewals.
• Help in the development of marketing materials.

• Support the Head of Operations and Managing Director with all other administrative tasks.
• Match supplier invoices with related documents and input them into the system.

• To be responsible for operating F&B outlets as assigned and recommend food and beverage service standards and follow on policies & procedures of the property.
• To organize, develop, operate and administer the food and beverage pre-determined service area that has been assigned.
• To finalize work schedules weekly to be posted 6 days before the actual date.
• To ensure that all the associates in the outlet are fully aware of the F&B policies & procedures by reviewing them on a monthly basis.
• To inspect all outlets’ equipment continuously and keep them well maintained to ensure proper functioning.
• To develop and implement training programs and conduct training sessions with all Bar/Restaurant personnel at least once a week.
• To impart knowledge to junior level staff in all respects and enhance the quality of service and up sell.

• To create a sound and strong working relationship with all associates and help to develop their maximum potential.
• To ensure that all employees in direct guest contact have full knowledge of the menus as well as beverages, cocktails and specialty drinks.
• To assist in generating / initiating food & beverage promotions together with the Assistant F&B / Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef & Sous Chef, so as to increase revenue and overall awareness of the outlet within the local community.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Primary School/ GCE"O" Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Food & Beverage operations expereience
• Ability to work in rotational shift as per the demand of the operation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with using WordPress and other content management systems to update websites.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media content creation/management, and applying data analytics to assess effectiveness.
• Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and design software.
• IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily like EDM system, enterprise systems, etc.
• Well-versed in photography.
