Job Description

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience in Windows Desktop support.

Position Responsibilities and Functions

a) Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

b) Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

c) Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

d) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

e) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.

f) Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

g) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.

h) Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.

i) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

j) Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

k) Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

l) This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
2. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
3. Minimum of 18 months’ years of IT experience.
4. Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
5. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
6. Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
7. Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
8. Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.

10. Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.

In addition the Band 1 Technician will mentor and assist Band 0 technicians in their work and provide support to Band 2 Technicians in resolving tickets.

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group. Job Description:

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys thinking and managing projects independently but also as a team player.

You will be part of an active research enterprise management team that closely works with other teams in clinical research coordination, wet laboratory research and bioinformatics. The Program encompasses a wide range of of biomedical research from upstream and translational studies to prospective multi-site clinical studies. There will be opportunities to develop a deep understanding of the biomedical ecosystem, and to work with key scientific opinion leaders, and pharmaceutical and biotech industry partners both locally and overseas. You will be involved in conceptualizing and executing large multi-site research studies and to develop a network of industry and academic contacts. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Coordinating and engaging various internal and external stakeholders in the management of multi-institution and/or multi-national collaborations.

- Initiating and supporting research activities including (but not limited to) research grant applications, SOP development, and project budgeting.

- Providing of necessary resources that ensure compliance of regulatory/contractual documents and smooth project operations.

- Organizing and preparing materials for regular update meetings with collaborators.

- Providing a broad range of high-level administrative support in planning, organizing and managing research-related events (meetings, conferences, seminars), as well as drafting and costing of new proposals.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent; An honours degree or higher will be an advantage.

- Prior work experience in biomedical research, clinical trials and/or project management in healthcare, CRO or pharmaceutical organizations will be an advantage.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This position works with the reporting head in the department to execute service agreements at, or above the customers' standards. He or she is accountable to handle principal & agency related shipments; documentation preparation and to also work closely with the Sales Team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
● Provide guidance and mentorship to junior member(s)
● Work closely with real estate and transaction teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of needs
● Conduct monthly quality assurance checks and maintenance on production data to ensure their fit-for-purpose, thereby maintaining data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and tools
● Provide data operations support to client(s), including updating of portfolio metrics, descriptive analysis and configuring portfolio scenarios
● Prepare presentation decks to a high standard of quality
● Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
● Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing applications, processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing errors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, etc.). Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in managing smart building initiatives or similar complex real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of smart building technologies, IoT, automation systems, and related concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying for Employment Pass (EP) and other work passes via MOM portal.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence with MOM regarding work passes and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding the onboarding process, document collection, and compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with hiring teams and external stakeholders to streamline HR operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HR administrative roles, particularly in Singapore's employment and MOM compliance processes.
• Familiarity with the MOM portal and EP application procedures.

• Ensure the integrity and readiness of production systems within the Payment System team for the APAC region.

• Possesses hands-on experience in supporting payment systems.
• Experienced in an Enterprise Application Support environment, collaborating with developers, infrastructure teams, service desks, and business users.
• Has functional expertise in payment systems such as GIRO, FAST, CTS, MEPS+, overseas and domestic remittances, internet banking, and customer eAdvices.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency in applications hosted on both Windows and Linux platforms, with the ability to perform database queries (SQL Server, Oracle) and manage application services on these systems.
• Skilled in scripting languages, including DOS and Shell scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
