Job Scope:

Job Description

• Manages group room/F&B events enquiries and related functions, dealing from receipt

of request to contracting and payment.

• Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of

group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers,

reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.

We are a well-established toy distributor in Singapore and are looking for an independent, responsible, and proactive candidate to support our Sales and Marketing Department.

• Manage Sales: Support sales activities for both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Track Sales: Monitor sales results and prepare reports to track progress.
• Know the Products: Learn all about our products and services to explain them to customers.

Ecommerce Responsibilities:

• Online Marketing: Plan and run online marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Create Content: Work with the team to create marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content.
• Boost Brand Awareness: Develop strategies to increase the company’s visibility in the market.
• Manage Campaigns: Plan and run marketing campaigns and measure their success.
• Website & Online Store: Update the company website and online store to improve user experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle pressure.
• Creative, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
