Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Developing, enhancing, deploying, supporting and maintaining of the new or existing system based on the end-user/business users’ requirement
• Responsible for daily system support

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee IT requests and provide IT support to TWC Group centres and head office, and ensure all IT tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Plan and conduct regular checks, analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting for all TWC Group premises to ensure all software and hardware are up to date and effective, so as to prevent any possible disruptions in daily operations.

Job Requirements

You will be a vital part of the Nursing department in the Operating Theatre and Endoscopy, contributing to the provision of top-notch cancer care for our patients. Your role involves assisting the surgical/endoscopist team in providing patient care, surgical positioning, handling, and decontamination of endoscopic equipment. Additionally, you will be involved in the interim and terminal cleaning of the operating/endoscopy rooms, along with any other duties assigned.

• Setup the operating room/endo procedure room layout for surgical and procedures.
• Assist operating theatre/endoscopy nurses to ensure all medical equipment is in working condition, functional, and operational, ready to use.
