Join our team where you will play a crucial role in the setup, installation, and maintenance of automation systems. We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup and Maintenance:Perform machine setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and replacements.
2. Fault Finding and Diagnosis:Attend to and carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and recovery of systems breakdowns, ensuring high levels of service and response times.
3. Work Schedule Adherence:Follow work schedules to specified standards and procedures, maintaining accurate written records.
4. Installation and Repair:Conduct installation and repair of machines to ensure optimal functionality.
5. Project Participation:Participate and/or lead Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation (E&A) projects in the pilot plant.
6. Coordinated Project Management:Coordinate personnel and resources to meet E&A project objectives, ensuring timely implementation and budget adherence.
7. Technical Integrity:Ensure the technical integrity and performance of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation systems at all times.
8. Safety Compliance:Ensure safe installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures, and training.
9. Collaboration and Issue Resolution:Collaborate with various departments to resolve Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation issues in the pilot plant.
10. Documentation and Reporting:Ensure proper documentation (e.g., electrical, structural, and equipment drawings) is written and updated with each project.
11. Modification and Fabrication:Perform modification, fabrication, fitting, and installation for minor projects.
12. Travel Readiness:Be available for occasional travel to support industrialization processes in factories.
13. Facility Maintenance:Ensure facility building and pilot plant maintenance through continuous improvements and troubleshooting.
14. System Maintenance and Updates:Maintain and update electrical and automation systems and related documentation supporting pilot plant activities.
15. Monitoring and Safety Focus:Monitor plant and equipment for optimal operation while maintaining a strong focus on safety, including food safety.
16. Electrical Safety Standards:Manage, perform, and check all tasks based on Electrical Safety Nestlé Standards.
17. Inventory Management:Manage and control critical spare parts and maintain accurate inventory records.
