• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times
• Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely
• Support Project Team on some site installations and testing and commissioning matters.
• Be available for on call and stand by duty procedures and other responsibilities required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Possess at least Class 3 license to operate vehicle for onsite support
• Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshooting, basic software troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Firewall, Backup solution and Anti-virus solution
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to be on standby after office hours if required.
• Overtime will be paid

Responsibilities:

• You will start as a Trainee repairing tools & equipment
• You will be trained to be a Technical Officer through on the job training and upgrading courses

Requirements:

• Able to read and write basic English
• Physically fit to carry heavy equipment (20kg and above)
• Hands-on repair using tools in a workshop environment
• Candidate with experience working in car workshop is preferred
• No experience/qualification is required as training is provided
