Job Responsibilities

• Perform all preventive / breakdown maintenance of all M&E services and building work.
• Carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Operate and carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment such as air conditioning system, freezer, refrigerators, pumps, coolers, ice-makers and other refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out painting, polishing and varnishing works.
• Operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as generator, fire protection system lighting and power, etc.
• Assist in energy conservation programme and participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.
• Construct and repair furniture such as cabinet, cupboard, table, chairs, doors and props.
• Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in any M&E-related field.

Main Responsibilities

- Reports to the Financial Controller.

- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments in the Hotel.

- Acts as Data Protection Officer for the Hotel.

- To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.

- To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately.

- To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.

- To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where the action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident are clearly mentioned.

- To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs.

- To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup information.

- To assist any department in formulating their IT material requirements and provide adequate solutions to their needs.

- To provide regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly followed by all employees of the Hotel.

- To perform regular computer audits searching for unauthorized programs, improper setup or loopholes in the security setup.

Job Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or the equivalent with 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

- Excellent spoken and written in English

- Independent and willing to learn

- Possess good working attitude and good communication skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.

• The Data Center Technician will support essential data center operations, performing tasks to ensure equipment reliability and quick resolution of incidents.
• Handle tasks such as cabling, verifying port numbers, observing equipment indicators, and server reboots.
• Conduct media management, visual inspections, device reboots, and physical setup tasks (HDD connections, network cables, fibre SFP insertion, circuit migrations, and fibre cleanup).
• Escalate incidents according to priority and SLA requirements; manage high-impact system failures and track issues through to resolution.
• Use tools such as virtual fault locators, optical fiber identifiers, power meters, and OTDRs for diagnostics and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data center operations and technical troubleshooting.

Oversee the IT operations within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient support to enhance staff satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.

At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft products.

Knowledge in Networking, System Administration, cloud-based infrastructure, and Cybersecurity is a plus.

Experience with IT auditing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

· Work in a team to manage the Loan Management, Accounting and CRM system. Analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, defining scope and objectives, ensuring that system implementation meet users’ requirements and within deadline.

· Provide day-to-day support and enhancement of the systems.

· Generate reports using crystal reporting tool on a daily/monthly/ad-hoc basis

· Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems together with internal, external stakeholders and vendors for further investigations.

· Maintain user documentation including release notes, training guides and UAT documentation.

· Ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes.

· Manage system access roles/ rights and user-ids (add/ modify/ delete)

· Partner with process owners and users to integrate technical and application components to identify solution to meet business process requirements.

· Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to the operation needs.

· Hands-on exploration of new software products

· Provide first-level of support of Windows, M365, Sharepoint, firewall, routers and network switches.

· Undertake any other assignments as required.

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years working experience in application development and managing IT projects.

· Preferably those with good technical knowledge in implementing and maintaining IT systems using Oracle, SQL, Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint.

· Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.

· Experience in IT network, servers and infrastructure.

· Good experience and exposure to latest IT gadgets, products and solutions.
