Jobscope:

• Manage safe start up and shutdown of process/unit
• Ensure routine tasks and operations checklists are completed as scheduled
• Issue and close safe work permits and ensure work activities are carried out safely
• Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change
• Participate in Environment, Safety, Health and Compliance programs

Requirements:

• Diploma with background in chemical or mechanical
• 2 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing/polymer plant
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good team player, with strong self-initiative
• Experience in DCS operations and controls, and utilities
• Supervisory skills is advantageous
• Class I/II boiler attendant certification
• Willing to perform 12hour rotating shift work
