• Develop and assess operational procedures for teams
• Manage collaborations with various functional teams.
• Oversee and report on Service Level Objectives for the team.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of goals for continuous improvement.
• Engage with internal and external teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding systems.
• Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement for seamless service continuity.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year in managing capacity for IT Operation Teams, Business Continuity Management, or as a ServiceNow administrator for ITSM and IRM modules.
• Familiarity with BCM, ITSM, and ITOM preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, SecOps) is a plus.
