As a Specialist IT & Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, advising, and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT and Digital staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of top-tier consulting services.
• Identify and attract top-tier IT and Digital professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market demand for IT and Digital roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to placed candidates to ensure their successful integration into client organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 years in IT and Digital recruitment, preferably within a specialized agency.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT and Digital landscape, including technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
