As a member of the corporate IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of software and hardware issues. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve IT incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and support computers, printers and other IT equipment for our Singapore office
• Research, test, deploy and support new technologies and software applications
• Document, track and resolve all support requests and incidents in a timely manner
• Assist in developing technical documentation, knowledge base articles and training materials
• Liaise with third party vendors for software/hardware maintenance and support
• Maintain functionality of critical SaaS applications - such as Jira, Slack, Confluence or Google Workspace, through performing low to medium complexity updates, configuration changes, and user management
• Assist with the automation of the employee technical lifecycle management in our IAM solution
• Administer user accounts and policy in various systems to enforce adherence to various security requirements
• Support audits of SaaS applications to meet compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support or help desk role
• Experience using JAMF for macOS and iOS device management
• Experience implementing and administering Okta for user authentication and single sign-on
• Experience in programming and infra-automation tools - Terraform, Ansible, Java, python, etc.
• Familiarity with common applications like Office 365 and familiarity with mobile device management
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills

Your duties essential for the job:

1) Strategic project management and promotion of innovation:

· Assume responsibility for strategically planning and executing infrastructure projects across the Asia / Oceania region, aligning them with global business objectives and strategy.

· Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans, and proactively address security vulnerabilities through patch management and security updates.

4) Relationship management and collaboration with group companies in the Asia / Oceania region:

· Understand the unique business requirements and needs of each group company, providing tailored support and solutions.

Basic requirements:

· Demonstrated experience in managing or assisting with IT Infrastructure and Security Projects.

· Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Products including Azure, MS365 etc.

· Familiarity in Shipping or Logistics industries is considered an advantage.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure and Security Projects with a proven record of delivering successful projects.

· Possess a solid technical background with knowledge or hands-on experience in Network/Server configuration and Security Assessment/Audit.

· Demonstrated experience in successfully managing global network project(s) and security project(s)

· Proficiency in Japanese at JPLT N1, enabling effective verbal and written communication to report project situations to the stakeholders or make presentation to existing/potential customers.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlight to reporting manager proactively
• Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers and statutory authorities when necessary
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services and being on standby during off-duty hours, including going onsite for emergency matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in Hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing and M&E systems
• Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools to carry out works such as painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.
