Mission

Sanofi is building a new state-of-the-art Biologics manufacturing facility, named EVolutive Facility (EVF), in Singapore. EVF will be a first-of-its-kind, fully digitalized, modular manufacturing facility. The facility will be designed to be carbon neutral and allow for future modifications.

• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets. Ensure alignment with Finance's asset list.
• Request and evaluate quotations from vendors for IT-related purchases.
• Provide standby technical support during examinations to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Manage, supervise, and train new IT staff, fostering a culture of stability, security and high performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Proficient understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with various devices including Chromebooks, Macbooks, iMacs, Apple TV, and Chromecast.
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
• Ability to support PCs, printers, projectors, and IT peripherals setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Firewall, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, FTP, Anti-Virus, and system monitoring setup and management.
• Familiarity with Wintel Servers and virtualization technologies (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction within the team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and focus on tasks.

Note: Company transport offers pick-up and drop-off services at Queenstown MRT station.

Job Description:

• Maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality, safety, environmental and infection control standards
• Non-conformance report
• Perform decontamination, washing, cleaning, packing and sterilization of instruments and instrument sets
• Evidence of documentation
• Perform biological and chemical monitoring and document them in accordance with quality assurance standard
• Attendance records
• Receive requisitions and issue supplies to OTs and wards
• Maintain the integrity of sterile instruments, instrument sets and linens from storage to usage
• Maintain sufficient inventories of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and the environment
• Maintain department records, reports and file as required
• Participate in roll calls, educational and in-service program
• Perform satellite duty at hospitals
• Ensure proper documentation on the wards ordering process
• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by Supervisors or Manager

Job Requirements:

• Secondary 3 or equivalent a.
• Able to speak and write simple English
• Min 7-8 years of experience in CSSD/TSSU
• Simple computer knowledge

· Full in charge of Machine assembly

· Handling Electrical panel wiring and machine cable routing

· Perform machine testings

· On-site installation & commissioning

· Machinery maintenance, servicing & troubleshooting

· Updating progress of given tasks to department head

· Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline

· Liaising with suppliers, contractors and customers on site installation job

· Documentations as per ISO and Bizsafe standards

· Maintain workshop cleanliness after daily job
