Data Platform plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing customer experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual with strong understanding of data platforms, business / data analysis, analytics, and financial data to join our team as the Customer Success Lead for Data Platform.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers on the features and capabilities of the Data Platform.
· Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and satisfaction.
· Proactively monitor customer usage patterns and intervene when necessary to address potential issues or challenges.
· Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights and feedback to product development and engineering teams.
· Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement customer-driven enhancements to the Data Platform.
· Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and create a community for customers to exchange ideas and best practices.
· Proven experience in Data analysis, customer success or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
· Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and financial data.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
· Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
