The Field Service Technician position at Dingli will be based in Singapore, providing maintenance and repair services for our customers and business partners. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support and Services Leader to join our team. As the leader of our IT support and services function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail and back office teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management and Coaching:
• Lead and coach the IT support team to deliver high-quality service, optimizing operational performance and ensuring maximum uptime for retail and back office teams.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the Point of Sale project, including maintenance, enhancements, and service uptime.
• Manage RFID systems, ensuring their maintenance, enhancements, and service uptime.
• Take charge of retail store opening projects, ensuring successful implementation.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair activities for IT equipment and networks.
• Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with external IT vendors and oversee procurement activities.

Required Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in managing IT support and services teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing network infrastructure.
• Previous experience with Point of Sale projects.
• Experience in managing service ticket resolution systems and adherence to SLAs.
• Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Processes.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS; experience with Linux is a plus.
• Proven project management experience with successful planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency of their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

Our IT team assist clients to address their concerns around Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability and Privacy of their technology.

As an IT Security Intern at Rapsodo, you will have a holistic view of how Technology and Business Integrate, and responsible for a wide range of technologies not limited to systems administration, helpdesk, telephony administration, laptop/desktop computer build-up/replacement etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Be the 1st level support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees

·       Assist with setting up and configuration of laptop and desktop computers (OS Installations, Software Installs, etc.)

·       Assist the team with keeping the hardware inventory up to date

·       Develop and update Support Documentation as well as research information for incomplete documents

·       Assist the team with developing an IT Security Handbook that includes log reviews, firewall attestation, etc.

·       Assist the team with mapping and consolidation of existing IT Security tasks to the requirements of a quality IT Security Programme

·       Assist with reviewing and analysing security vulnerabilities to identify false positives

·       Assist with conducting server/network/middleware security configuration assessments

·       Assist with preparing reports on identified security vulnerabilities and possible recommendations to remediate vulnerabilities

·       Work cross-regionally between the Rapsodo Singapore, US, Turkey & Japan offices

Experience
