Job Description:

- Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives across the Bank.
- Working in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement colleagues, Group Legal and IT stakeholders to protect the Bank and to optimize the value from the supply market.
- Ensure compliance to BANK'S policies, process standards and guidelines.
- Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to the stakeholders effectively and collaboratively.
- Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to mentor junior team members. Assist in developing and implementing IT operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and SLAs to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Respond to and resolve escalated IT issues and incidents, serving as a key point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting.
• Analyse IT operations metrics and KPIs, preparing reports and presentations for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for IT operations staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional development and growth.
• Monitor IT system performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and prevent data breaches.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT infrastructure and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to support IT projects and initiatives, contributing to technical requirements, planning, and executing system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Coordinate with the business and finance teams, overseeing budget calculations and purchase-related matters.
• Reporting to Team leader in daily basis for operation matter

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations support within the ICT industry.
• Possessing technical hands-on experiences in troubleshooting of well-known hardware and software, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, Servers, PCs, Mobile devices, Office applications, and PDF tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking technologies, is a plus: ITILv4, AWS, Azure, Cisco, HP, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SolarWinds
• Experience with incident management.
• Familiar with system administration tasks and competent in operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
