Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day maintenance activities at various sites in Singapore

Job Description

=============

• Supervise and train AV crew
• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

General Requirements

• Singaporeans or PR ONLY
• Experienced Sound, Lighting and AV Technician. Live video mixing experience will be an advantage.
• 2+ years experience training and supervising AV crew.
• Diploma holder will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Follow arrangements and company standard procedure.

- Safely transporting audio visual equipment to specified locations in a timely manner.

- Assisting with the loading unloading packing and setup of TV and speakers.

- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing / fines.

- Ensuring safe driving at all times and not tail-gating vehicles in order to avoid accidents and damages to the delivery vehicle.

- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

- Reporting any accidents and vehicle damage to management.

- Good working attitude and communication skills

Description

• Responsible for overall IT support and maintenance
• Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA
• Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition
• Maintain IT documentation for maintenance, updates, deployments or change requests
• Respond to alerts, issues or incidents promptly
• Maintain GCP, Azure, Microsoft cloud platforms and other cloud based IT infrastructure
• Maintain and patch servers and systems regularly
• Maintain backups and restoration tests
• Conduct IT induction training for users
• Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations
• Sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment
• Maintain cybersecurity and integrity against intrusions and vulnerabilities, preventing data loss, compromise.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good communication skills and rapport with staff
• Proactive and responsible to resolve problems.
