We are seeking an experienced IT Storage Engineer to join a dynamic team, responsible for post-sales support and solution design for enterprise IT products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT solutions for storage systems, servers, and virtualization technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and HQ teams

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support for enterprise IT storage products, ensuring customer satisfaction and system optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet deliverables
• Design and provide low-level IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of local office, channel partners, and key account customers
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and high-quality standards
• Present technical solutions to customers professionally and conduct training sessions for local partners and customers
• Assist in the development of strategies for data protection, disaster recovery, and data migration within storage systems
• Continuously learn and adapt to new IT technologies and storage solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT product design, delivery, and maintenance, especially in x86 servers, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization (VMware), and Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems
• Strong knowledge in x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and data migration
• RedHat RHCE, HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, or other relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
• Experience in IT post-sales support for FSI (Financial Services Industry) or government sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with OpenStack, Oracle DB, and related technologies would be a plus

1. IT Technical Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, administration and monitoring of Servers
2. Perform Server administration and management of windows servers, VMWare, AD Domain services, AD Certificate services, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange and Email filtering
3. User account creation and deletion for Windows, Emails, BT, VPN, Messenger and door access

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Experience in firewalls, routers and switches configurations

- Experience in MS Active Directory Account, MS Exchange, VMWare and Linux administration

- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

- Possess MCSA, MCP, CCNA knowledge and working experience in financial sector will be added advantage

CCTV SYSTEM

• Involve in the project and maintenance services related with CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, PA Systems, Alarm Systems and Server & Network Infrastructure and whenever required.
• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup.
• Troubleshoot Problem encountered on site.
• Develop implementation plan, migration plan, and acceptance test plan for the project.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

• Installation: Install and configure access control systems, including electronic locks, card readers, biometric scanners, and control panels.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with access control hardware and software, including system malfunctions, wiring issues, and connectivity problems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for quality assurance and version iteration testing to ensure functional quality of the final products.
• Responsible for the design, execution, and standardisation of non-functional tests and checks (performance, maintainability, etc) based on different product needs and user needs.
• Participate in long-term quality promotion work, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, version quality analysis, project reviews, etc.
