• Align organizational IT strategy with the overall customer experience strategy to ensure a seamless user journey
• Coordinate resource management (manpower and assets) strategies with business objectives across various initiatives.

• Partner with internal IT departments and third-party developers across Asia to deliver cohesive solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of business solution analysis or project management experience.
• Experience with Finance & ERP systems (Microsoft D365 and Oracle ERP) is preferred.
• Experience in web-based technology including HTML, web-based services APIs, JSON, XML.
• Familiar with different EDI solutions or APIs.
• Experience with data analytics & business intelligence is a plus.
• Strong expertise in project management, with robust document-writing, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset.
• Customer-centric approach to IT delivery to enhance user satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor souching, negotiations, and contract management.
• Candiate is required to interact with stakeholders in Hong Kong, hence the ability to speak Cantonese fluently is a must.

• To develop, lead, execute and manage IT Governance initiatives for IT Stakeholder Management, Value Delivery, Resource Optimisation & Risk Management.
• Ensure IT & OT Governance framework, policies, and procedures are reviewed and update to date, with relevant industry best practice
• Assisting CISO to develop cybersecurity road map and identify the gaps, develop the plan to close the gaps.
• Review and assess IT Implementation to ensure IT Project Governance / IT Security is adhered to the organization policies
• Provide consultancy to internal teams to adhere to best practices on project management
• Conduct and facilitate on external audits such Cybersecurity, Financial Audits
• Review and assess IT Implementation to ensure IT Governance / IT Security is adhered to the organization policies
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements and policies.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the risk management framework, make sure it is based on best practices from international standards.
• Coordination with external (regulatory) agencies on cybersecurity and audit matter

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Willingness to hands-on as part of mentoring the team to meet its objective in a collective manner.
• Highly resourceful individual who possess strong analytical skills
• Well verse in IT Governance, Project Management & Methodologies
• Good understanding in Security Standards such ISO27001, IEC62443 and NIST etc.
• Good understanding of various regulation/laws related to cybersecurity

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant field of study.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 will be an advantage
• Professional certification such as CGEIT ,CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Service Enterprise/Govt accounts, obtains orders and develop new market and established new Enterprise Customers.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycles by planning and organizing activities in existing or potential accounts, identify opportunities and work closely with other stakeholders to close deal
• Communicate with customer on the requirement, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
• Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
• Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase

What You Will Achieve

You will be operating automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures. You will perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identify variations. How You Will Achieve It

• Perform duties required in operating a variety of equipment used in your assigned area of the division, maintaining responsibility for tasks as assigned.
• Operate process equipment, such as filter presses, pumps and agitators.
• Participate in quality and safety incident investigation.
• Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
• Complete all documentation according with Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} and Good Distribution Practices {part of GxP} standards.
• Responsible for preparation and clearing of equipment for maintenance work.
• Perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operation.
• Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to manufacturing process.
• Maintain Pfizer standards and values for quality, safety and environmental objectives as well as meeting production goals.
• Complete all trainings by attending scheduled training.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Ability to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills is essential.
• Effective written and oral communication
• Computer Skills, such as Microsoft Applications and experience with System Application & Products

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs, identifying and correcting errors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment by following safety standards and promptly reporting hazards or emergencies.
• Test assemblies and components using fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, and vacuum pumps, and log data into computer systems.
• Audit and inspect parts to ensure availability and quality, identifying defects and addressing process improvements.
