Main responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Write detailed specifications in-line with the list of requirements provided by business lines
• Liaise with business counterparts for clarification and understanding of requirements
• Analyze functional impacts and take into account technical constraints advised by technical lead
• Collaborate and work closely with the developers to implement change or evolutions
• Organize PSS workshops with developers, tech leads and architects for issues

Software Testing

• define tests strategy, test plan and test cases in coordination with project manager and business
• Conduct continuous testing in development environment to validate development changes

Application Support

• Provide level 2/ 3 support on production issues
• Carry out analysis and investigations by verifying data on the database or GUI
• Analyze and solve functional problems in coordination with developers

Project Management

• Manage agile backlogs, facilitate sprint ceremonies and presentations with project partners
• Conduct weekly meetings with the project team and stakeholders in Singapore and offshore
• Prepare weekly KPI reports to management and team lead
• Maintain and track the velocity of the team using JIRA or Azure reporting tools
• Reinforce release management including preparing release note and roadmap for applications

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working on requirements gathering, solution planning, testing and documentations
• Proven experience in testing (writing, executing and monitoring test) particularly in managing of end-to-end testing for application releases
• Good knowledge of all phases of IT software development life cycle
• Capable to work independently and maintain active coordination with both business and IT counterparts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to answer to business needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Has strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Collaborative team player and is willing to share knowledge
• Experienced with working in an agile team, or certified with agile CSM / PSM or PMP
• Relevant degree in computer major or engineering major

Functional

• Knowledge in banking domain, retail and corporate banking concepts, financial risk management, Basel methodologies and IFRS standards.
• Knowledge in Loans management, Asset Allocation, Credit protection, risk weightage and liquidity risk will be desired
• Highly skilled in preparing reports and analytics using tools such as PowerBI, VB macro, excel and MS project
• Highly skilled in participating in product/workflow design using MS Visio

Technical

• Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure TFS
• Advanced knowledge and practical usage of SQL, troubleshooting and optimizing stored procedures/functions
• Knowledge in CI/CD platforms such as Github, GitLab or AzureDevOps
• Exposure to API development is strongly desired, including writing test cases for API and execute with testing tools such as Swagger or Postman
• Knowledge and understanding of programming language such as Java, C#, C++ and PowerShell is helpful
• Experienced with Spark, MSBI and Control-M for ETL projects

We are looking for a skilled IT Security Engineer to join our client for a 1-year direct contract. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in information security and hands-on experience managing security projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute security projects across various domains, including endpoint, network, and application security.
• Implement and manage security tools, such as Web Proxy, Endpoint Protection, Email Security, and Vulnerability Scanners.
• Assess system security through threat modeling and propose effective solutions.
• Explore and integrate emerging security technologies to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in IT Security, with deep expertise in one or more security domains.
• 3 years hands-on experience in end-to-end IT security projects or project delivery.
• Familiarity with security tools and frameworks.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud security is an added advantage.
• Thrives in fast-paced and demanding environments.

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
