Key Responsibilities

• Support employees on all officially sanctioned hardware and software for end-user computing.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware and software, providing relevant recommendations.
• Contribute to project-related tasks as needed.
• Adopt a proactive stance in ensuring all personnel at the primary facility receive comprehensive IT support, in collaboration with the IT department to guarantee efficient operational support.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk to hasten the resolution of technical problems, respond to user inquiries, and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Local IT Project Team to deliver infrastructure services, support new client implementations, and participate in internal projects which include conducting technical investigation, preparing documentation, and overseeing testing and execution processes.

• Min. Diploma in Information Technology

• Preferably IT-Certification in Microsoft Tools
• Customer service experience/Logistics Business Knowledge is a plus

We would love to hear from you if:

• You possess minimally a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive sales role.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and achieving high sales targets.
• You have knowledge in Product Design, Manufacturing Process, FMEA, DOE Optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, Six-Sigma or TRIZ methodologies.
• You have a strong grounding in and the ability to apply PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE (FEA, CFD) in solving industrial problems.
• You have the ability to build relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques.
• You are professional, with a strong sense of ethics and morals.
• You are self-motivated.
• You have exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• You are confident working in a fast-paced environment.
