The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. Duties of IT Executive:

• Provide support for on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting on notebooks, desktops, and related peripherals.
• Conduct installations, system migrations, and problem-solving for various systems.
• Troubleshoot desktop-related issues effectively.
• Maintain and support servers, databases, and IT infrastructure, including performing configuration upgrades.

Requirements:

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of our IT infrastructure. You will focus on end-user computing, account management, and asset management within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365.
• Assist with deployment and migration projects involving Microsoft 365.

End User Computing Support:

• Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows OS and Office applications.
• Ensure users have the necessary tools and resources for effective productivity

Account Management:

• Manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement security best practices for user accounts, including role-based access controls and password management.

Asset Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Assist in procurement and deployment of IT assets according to company policies and budget constraints.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide regular reports on system performance, asset status, and support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in infrastructure support and end-user computing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting for various operating systems.
• Experience with asset management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
