Responsibilities:

• Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters
• Perform repair works as necessary
• Advice customers on purifier set up, cleaning, and maintenance

Skills Required

• Extensive plumbing and electrical work experience
• Residential drilling experience
• Residential plumbing experience
• Customer oriented with positive work attitude

Other Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Able to work 5.5 days a week

Summary

The incumbent reports to the Senior Quality Engineer and is responible for the following areas of work

• Incoming inspection
• Shipping documentation and verification
• QMS documentation review
• QC material lab testing
• New product development testing
• In-house continuous improvement projects
• Support on material failure investigation

Description of Responsibilities & Duties

• Incoming inspection, Shipment documentation and verification 50%
• QMS documentation, Document Handling and verification, QC material lab testing 20%
• In-house continuous improvement projects, support on material failure investigation & new product development testing 20%
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 10%

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of metallic materials and precision engineering process
• Basic understanding of ISO 13485 and MSA
• Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
• Science/Engineering technical qualification.
• Knowledge in inspection, measurement system, and document control

Education & Experience

• Higher Nitec & Above (Material Science related)
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experiences
• Some experience in Shipment documentation & verification and QC inspection

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare diets and feed fish according to established guidelines.
• General cleaning for kitchen, stores and assigned areas.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist Aquarium Specialists for any special projects or cleaning work within the Aquarium.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in any combination of the following areas: aquatic animal husbandry and aquaculture experience working in any facility.
• Able to swim.
• Valid SCUBA diving certification within six (6) months from date of hire.
• Basic procedures of an aquarium and animal care.
• Basic knowledge of safe work practices when working with fish and other animals.
• Basic knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices.

Job Descriptions:

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Performing daily inspections, responding to equipment breakdowns, including repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, and HVAC and ACMV systems, patching, painting, and hardware repairs and updating preventive maintenance schedules.

Inspections:

• Perform daily inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
• Perform visual inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and report any deficiencies to management.

Emergency response:

• Respond to facility emergencies, such as fire alarms, HVAC system alarms, and security alarms.

Safety:

• Assist EHS in identifying health and safety hazards. Ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations, and enhancing safety procedures.

Compliance:

• Preparing facility reports and compliance records, and following facility regulations, safety standards, and building codes.

General office work

• Assist with office work, such as ordering supplies and materials, and working with the work request system.
• Prepare and submit reports on the condition of the building and recommend actions to be taken.

Contractors:

• Coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors.
• Coordinate cleaning needs with the cleaning service provider.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Engineering/Facilities Building
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Facility Operations
• Must have strong communication skills to understand problems, report issues, and coordinate with team members.
• Must be able to be on standby and return to office within short time frame in case of an emergency.
