Role : Technology Risk/Technology Audit

Key Job Duties:

1. Role : Technology Risk Management Analyst - Audit and Third Parties Risk Assessment
2. Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.
3. 1+ years of hands-on IT Risk / Technology Risk management experience in the banking or financial or insurance industry, preferably led a risk team before.
4. Technology Audit / Third Parties Risk Assessment / Technology Obsolescence/ Technology Risk Management experience- must
5. Must have working experience in IT Risk, IT Audit and Process Assurance for at least 01+ years
6. Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.
7. Work closely with the Process Assurance Team Lead to drive process improvement and enhance operational efficiencies within the team
8. Create / Update recurring Process Assurance review reports and dashboards for Project stakeholders, management, and other key collaborators
9. Provide Audit support for various internal and external audits of identified projects
10. Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Delivery Managers, and other key Project stakeholders to guide the project on best practices and SDM compliance
11. Ideate and drive innovative and engaging solutions to increase SDM Process awareness / adoption and best practices utilization

Role & Responsibilities

• Expected to be responsible for following roles for 1) Shiseido Interactive Beauty (SIB), 2) Global HQ and as below;

Partnership for SIB

• Work with SIB CEO (HQ CITO and SJ CDO) closely with vendor and create strategy for IT/DX/SIB function.

• Support detailed business planning for FY26 and beyond from HR perspective

• Provide HR consultation to SIB Planning & Administration VP and SIB HR Sub-Lead closely to support SIB GM role in the areas of Recruitment, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Organization Development and HR Service & Operation.

• Part of steering Committee with Accenture to manage strategy governance and KPIs.

HRBP Support for Global HQ

• Support 1) Business Transformation Dept, 2) Information Security Dept, 3) Global IT Strategy Dept, 4) Shiseido Interactive Beauty Company as HR Business Partner

• Work with HQ HR COE closely to provide HR professional consultation services with CxO and Executives in IT function

• Lead “Global One IT” project on behalf of HQ HR towards 2026-2027

• Partner with CPO, CITO, CFO to make Global One IT a reality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of HRBP experience, preferably within the IT field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development / Organization Development, Total Rewards and Service Operation

• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a global, matrixed organization.

• Experience working in a global company headquarters is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

IT Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Manage the duty roster of staff supporting the IT needs of the department cluster, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Ensure service requests are appropriately followed up on and resolved by the relevant service teams.
• Proactively engage with business users to address issues, gather feedback, and escalate matters as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the Central IT team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide expert guidance on IT policies, operations, compliance, and other related topics.
• Lead the resolution of critical incidents affecting IT service delivery, driving prompt actions to restore services and minimize disruptions.
• Set priorities for IT operations, support activities, initiatives, and incident resolution, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Continuously assess and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Monitor the performance of the NUS IT team and vendors, tracking KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies regarding infrastructure systems, platforms, data, and databases.
• Contribute to IT operations and support strategy planning, advising on best practices and future needs.
• Lead and manage the audit response process, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 8+ years of hands-on IT experience, with a focus on systems administration, virtualization, network and firewall management, web server technologies, and security operations.
3. 3+ years of experience providing infrastructure solutions, with a proven ability to deliver successful projects.
4. Strong knowledge of operational and security frameworks, with hands-on expertise in best practices like ITIL and ISO 27001.
5. Proficient technical experience in one or more of the following:Linux/Windows operating system administration
   Microsoft Windows Clustering and Active Directory
   Security and operational tools such as HCL BigFix, Trend Micro Vision One, and Splunk
   VMware virtualization, public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
6. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, able to dig into complex issues and find solutions.
