Job Objectives

A Functional Business Analyst is responsible for working with business and tech to deliver projects spanning multiple business units. Delivering projects covering entire project SDLC lifecycle to meet business ask while adhering to Bank’s guidelines.

Manage scope, issues, risks, dependencies and project change will be core competencies to the role.

The Functional Business Analyst must have extensive knowledge in the retail credit risk domain and excellence stakeholder management capability with an eye for detail.

Expertise in system migration for credit origination, collection, credit portfolio management, and provisioning is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Stakeholder and Communications Management

· Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, communications, scope, quality, change, risks and issues

· Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes

· Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

· Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across GTO and business leadership and stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

▪ Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams including business specialists, solution architect, technology services teams, and testing teams to document and confirm requirements

▪ Work with the delivery team on the smooth delivery of the solution

▪ Review Test Strategy, help plan and support the user acceptance testing and help address any issues.

▪ Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the new operations and technical capabilities will be delivered to the business.

▪ Spot potential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.

▪ Prepare detailed plan for all work packages of the project with coverage of non-functional requirements

▪Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

· Monitor, track and control scope to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

· Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

▪ Initiate the change management plan for Technology & Operations projects. This will include all activities that the business needs to do to prepare for new operation process and technical components.

Key Requirements

▪ System migration experience for banking system in relation to Retail Credit products, Credit Risk, Operations, Process and operating models

▪ Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent

▪ Demonstrated 5-10 years of experience in project management/business analysis in credit subject area

▪ Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals

▪ Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the banks

▪ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

▪ Direct responsibility of project budgets of $5 - $15 million dollars

▪ Strategic forward thinking approach to challenges with executive level communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills

▪ Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

Job description

Partnering across our Technology platforms, you will help to drive day to day operational and financial responsibilities of this portfolio, in ensuring the fundamentals are in order, including but not limited to financial processes, governance, risks and controls.

You will also be a key stakeholder in helping drive the transformation of Finance Technology business processes.

• Pro-active partnering role as a trusted financial advisor to the businesses to resolve strategic and operational challenges.

• Work closely with countries to review monthly financial performance, as well as investigate variances and identify business risks and opportunities.

• Ownership and accountability for timeliness, data accuracy and process adaptation as needed in delivery of various Regional Reporting data sets and reports to various stakeholders.

• Develop and put together cohesive presentations for internal and external forums. This will require active facilitation and teamwork across businesses and functional units.

• Participation in cross functional project work to help drive the strategic agenda.

• Actively participate in the learning and sharing of best practices.

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and experienced z/OS Systems Programmer to be responsible for providing technical support for Host Network (TCP/IP), Infoprint and z/OS Unix environment.

Key Requirements

1. At least 5-10 years of experience working with z/OS Mainframe VTAM, SNA & TCP/IP, Infoprint and z/OS Unix environment including experience with REXX, COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF

2. Understanding and support of enterprise encryption applications and processes such as TCPIP AT/TLS & SSL/TLS

3. Implementation, configuration and support of mainframe TCP/IP in a z/OS Parallel Sysplex environment

4. Familiarity and support of 3rd party software e.g. Omegamon, LDAP, SSH, etc

5. Install, configure, and maintenance of TCP/IP configurations/setup, Infoprint printer/terminals

6. Install, configure and maintenance of z/OS Unix system libraries

7. Monitor TCP/IP, Infoprint and z/OS Unix/USS environment performance and

8. troubleshoot issues

9. Work with application teams to ensure that applications are designed to perform optimally on TCP/IP, Infoprint

10. Perform system tuning to ensure TCP/IP is running optimally

11. Provide technical troubleshooting and support for TCP/IP, Infoprint, z/OS Unix/USS including engagement of IBM and vendors for problem resolution and determination

12. Provide process automation support and maintain SOP documentation

13. Support backup/recovery and disaster/recovery planning and testing

14. Support periodic system configuration reviews and audit reviews

Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the WD Integration Team to support integration enhancements and defect fixing requests.

• Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.
• Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
• Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
• Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
• Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct, Control-M job scheduling and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development.

Project Management

- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Stakeholder Management

- Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

Scope Management

- Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC

Project Governance

- Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

- Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Process Adherence

- Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

Project Reporting

- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

Project Scope

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring they align with PDPA regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
• Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory
• Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
• Ability to steer stakeholders to the common goal of project scope to ensure time, cost, and scope are well maintained
