7. Review and edit reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

Requirement:

1. NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field

2. Experiences in metrology is highly preferred.

3. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality technical reports

Job Description

• Position Title: Production Technician / Manufacturing Technician
• Working Location: Gul Circle
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.15 pm), OT on Alt Sat 8AM - 4:30 PM
• Salary Package: Basic salary + Fixed Allowance $60 + Transport Allowance + Attendance Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the assembly machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation.
• Adjust the machine and inspect the product produced.
• Involve machine repairing. Troubleshoot and repair machines problems as and when required.
• Understand the production planning schedule and generate output as per specifications.

• Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
• Position Title: Electrical Technician (Night shift)
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng/ Paya Lebar)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 7 PM to 4 AM, or 9 PM to 6 AM)
• Salary Package: Gross Up to SGD 2700 (Basic salary SGD2200 + OT) + Variable Bonus
• Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning
• Install electronic systems including cabling and storage device
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for the electronics system
• Project management and follow-up with clients
• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issues

• Monitor and coordinate timely arrival of spares to meet flowchart target
• Coordinate the arrangement of component loans or exchanges
• Liaising with customers, stakeholders and material department to provide solutions for all materials issues
• Prepare purchasing requisition for repair or procurement
• Create and update maintenance plans to meet compliance requirements
• Plan maintenance checks and prepare work packages
• Implement and monitor customer’s programs for modifications, special inspections and component removals
• Verify and confirm work requirements meet customer’s contractual, statutory and technical specifications
• Maintain configuration of customer’s rotables on aircraft & engines using the computerized database
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
• Minimum qualification Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
