Job Requirement

1. Candidate with Diploma in Chemical or science discipline preferred (fresh graduates from local polytechnic)

• Responsible to perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the piping work is performed and duly meeting the project specific Quality Requirements.
• Responsible for verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding.
• Arrange for proper NDT requirements as per specifications and to establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on weekly basis.
• Well versed with all the techniques involving NDT methods UT, MT,PT,PMI & VI
• Responsible to raise Non-conformance reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out.
• Prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during construction and to record result of inspections and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications
• Read Structural and Piping Isometric Drawing
• Welding Inspections of Structural of and piping fabrication
• Responsible to establish the inspection and Test Plan and all other quality related documents
• Responsible to establish project method statements for various activities required for the project
• Attend weekly quality meeting with client and in-house meetings
• Conduct site surveillance and maintain a log and advise construction to close accordingly
• Monitor and inspect all the installation for correctness and as compliance according to project requirements
• Coordinate with client and 3rd party for inspection
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

From ensuring seamless setups and tests to conducting preventive maintenance and producing maintenance reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our AV systems running smoothly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance tasks.

The roles and responsibilities shall be as follows:

1. Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Setting up, installing, and configuring AV equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones etc. Ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition, conducting regular maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
2. Event Support: Providing AV support for school events, meetings, presentations etc. This includes assisting with equipment setup, operating AV systems during the event, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth audio and visual experience for participants.
3. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to AV equipment, software, and connectivity. This includes identifying issues with audio or video quality, troubleshooting network connections, resolving software conflicts, or addressing hardware malfunctions.

Other duties include:

1. Assisting in solutions pertaining to ICT-related problems;
2. Providing consultancy and assisting all users in ICT related matters and problems;
3. Providing technical assistance in preparation of special events such as Open House, conferences, competitions , projects, etc;
4. Providing assistance for photography / videography, i.e recording and editing of photo /videos; during events and ad-hoc requests from users

Candidates looking to apply should minimally have the following qualifications,
skills and experience:

• Possesses at least one year of working experience in AV and Media support.
• Possesses experience in photography and creation of video montages.
• Proficient in the use of photo and video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro, Cyberlink Power Director etc.
• Possesses at least a Nitec or higher certification in AV/Media related discipline.

Requirements
