Micromil Carbontech Pte Ltd, established in March 2014, will hire a Process Technician (Lab and Pilot Plant) to work in the domain of laboratory and pilot-plant design/commissioning/operation for our proprietary process. The person will play a supporting role in providing chemistry and chemical engineering capabilities to the laboratory and pilot plant in a start-up environment. The initial period of employment is for 2 years and there is possibility for renewal. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on person who has no qualms about getting their hands dirty. Job Description/Key Responsibilities

Work under guidance of the reporting officer in the following activities.

1. Provide support in design, building and commissioning of laboratory space and the chemical processing systems, associated equipment, and components where applicable.

2. Provide support in developing procedures for testing, including validation protocols for the same.

3. Work with vendors/regulatory bodies/partners where applicable.

1. Operation of the system in Batch, Feb-Batch and Continuous mode for producing the products.
2. Ensure compliance to OHSMS/relevant regulations and follow industrial best practices.
3. Collect and summarise experimental data.
4. Be able to lift weights of up to 25kg as fixing and dismantling laboratory scale reactors is required.
5. Any other work as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

NITEC or higher educational qualification with relevant process and safety knowledge. 2+ years of experience.

• Should have work experience in chemistry lab environment.

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support our mobile retail operations. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems, including mobile devices, network hardware, and customer-facing technology. This role is essential to ensuring seamless connectivity and excellent customer service in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Installation: Set up and configure telecommunications equipment, including mobile devices, routers, modems, and other network hardware.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with telecommunications systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Customer Support: Assist retail staff and customers with technical inquiries and provide training on device or system functionality as needed.
• Upgrades & Repairs: Perform software updates, hardware replacements, and general maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Network Optimization: Ensure efficient operation of network connections, including Wi-Fi and LTE/5G, within the retail environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding telecommunications and data security.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Prefer if have Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in telecommunications or IT support roles (3-5 years preferred).
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of mobile device operations, network configurations, and telecommunications systems.
  Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities

• To carry out maintenance of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) system and Bio-medical equipment related to the Facility Management
• Responsible for all M&E works eg. Air-conditioning, Lifts, Electrical works and Fire Protection system, and the Sanitary & Plumbing works and building maintenance
• Responsible for the upkeep of biomedical equipment including wards equipment, wheelchairs and geriatric chairs
• Carries out in-house preventive maintenance (PM) for M&E system and Bio-medical equipment according to PM schedule
• Performs trouble-shooting and corrective maintenance (CM)
• Carries out installation of fixtures or replacement works required by the Facility Management
• Supervises installation / renovation / replacement works on facilities and equipment which are carried out by vendors / contractors and ensures all works are carried out in accordance with the contract
• Ensures proper documentation such as inspection and test records of all maintenance, repair and service activities
• Assists the Supervisor in the collection of data related to the Facility Management as and when required
• Liaises with all functional department concerning maintenance matters
• Collaborates with team members to ensure the Facility Management’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Supports and guides new technicians in routine functions
• Escalates complex problems and issues to the Supervisor
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Possesses at least NITEC course in Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building Services or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organized, meticulous, resourceful, proactive and take initiatives at work
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team

Location: Ren Ci @ Woodlands

Responsibilities: -

• Process and dispense medicines (under supervision) to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage daily ward request orders for inpatient supplies.
• Assists Pharmacist in the areas of procurement, receipt and processing of drugs in the pharmacy to meet the internal and external customer requirements.
• Track and maintain records of inventory including drug usage, expiring drugs and stock counts.
• Complies with Corporate Quality and Regulatory standards and hospital’s SOPs.
• Assists the Pharmacist in day-to-day operation as directed.
• Performs any other duties as and when requested by Pharmacist and / or Pharmacy Manager.

Qualifications and Experiences: -

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent OR possessed a valid certificate for Pharmacy Technician course.
• Relevant experience in inpatient setting or have experience in inventory management would be an added advantage.
• Work Days: Mondays to Fridays and Alternate Saturdays or Sundays,based on roster
• Work Hours: 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs or 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs, based on roster
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
