The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring kitchen operations run on optimal equipment health for the supply of daily meals to Prisons. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and directly supervise maintenance contractors in administering the preventive and recovery maintenance programme for kitchen equipment daily.
• To ensure the availability of equipment for production through preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance. Examples of equipment, Combi oven, Tilting Pan, Ware wash machine.
• To improve the equipment efficiency, safety, and output quality by carrying out appropriate modifications for the machinery or changing some repair and maintenance methods and procedures.
• To perform maintenance and repair of equipment and troubleshoot equipment’s faults.
