Stellar M (PPP Coffee Group) is looking for technicians to be part of its equipment servicing team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing and repairing of both in-house and external client ‘s coffee equipments.

Job Descriptions

• In-house servicing and repair of specialty coffee equipment
• On-site visit to clients' premises for servicing and repair
• Maintaining an inventory of machines and spare parts
• Responding to clients' queries on equipment troubleshooting & repairs
• De-Installation and Installation of coffee making equipment

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduates with technical skills are welcome
• Electrical knowledge preferred
• Team player
• Able to lift heavy machines

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with management to achieve task/projects

· Plan and manage the schedule for operations to fulfil projects timelines and requirements

· Respond to customers and plan operations to service past projects.

· Monitor operations manhours.

· Proper documentation for job filing and input information into sever

· Perform department administrative and operational tasks

· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 0830-1800 （Monday-Saturday）, alternate (Saturday)

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, interested in IT

· Able to work independently and target-oriented in a stressful environment.

· Outgoing with good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for engaging with internal and external parties to support project-related activities.

· Good with computing and Microsoft office

· Patient and willing to learn new scope of work

Job Responsibilities

User Support

• Respond to users’ support requests using Help Desk system;
• Assist with installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, networking equipment and network operating systems.
• Escalate support requests to senior team members when required.

IT Administration

• Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.

Business Application Support

• Demonstrate progress of performing basic tasks within business applications under the supervision.
• Liaise with vendors when necessary;
• Maintain documentations in Help Desk system, User Manuals, Knowledge base, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, IT-related courses
• Able to work independently and support business units daily
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT industry may apply
• Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile (Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Android and Apple IOS).
