• Support new operation initiatives and to drive development of system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing.
• Work with different stakeholders to perform technical support for any TRUST incident or request.
• Support integration services between external systems either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support TRUST systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring backup solution for TRUST data and system are operational state
• Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining TRUST asset inventory to ensure all asset are accounted for.
• Ensure that Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) are properly documented and complies with audit requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.
• Added advantage with AWS Certification,working experience in Cloud-based services, IT operations and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of and experienced in Public Agency IT/System environment is preferred.
• Familiar with cloud-based services such as Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), AWS and/or Azure, in particular system ops services.
• Familiarity with security and access control measures to control privileged access to test and production environment.
• Experience in networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, Network Security, Firewall rules, Load
• Troubleshooting connectivity and data transfer issues.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as code (IaC) including Cloud formation and terraform is a plus. Certification in AWS SysOps is a plus.

You will be working with our client in the financial industry. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for both functional and technical aspects of application and platforms. You will work closely with solution architects, development leads, developers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, concise and structure documentation. Your role will involve ensuring that documentation meets the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders,

supporting solutioning, integration, operations and design discussion.

Responsibilities

• Create, organise and maintain functional and technical documentation for platform, including architectural, functional flows, data flows, data/entity, micro services, etc.
• Collaborate with solution architects, development leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive documentation discussion.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of documentation.
• Create and maintain templates and documentation standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation based on changes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, with a focus on creating both technical and functional documentation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
