Educational Requirements

Machinery Technician

• Able to work under stress situation
• Good team player
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment
• Preferably at least 5 years experience
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic system and hydraulic pump
• Conduct inspection regularly on the machinery/equipment to ensure a smooth operation process.
• Carry out routine servicing of equipment as part of a measure to prevent breakdowns and malfunction, which could thwart operation activities.
• Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment
• Carry out mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of machinery
• Ensuring repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on time and safety
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
• Required to work overtime if necessary

Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors/indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore. at considerable heights in construction area
2. Willing to work construction project may be long hours
3. Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical skills
4. Install light point, install light, install fan point, install fan, install power socket etc
5. Installation glass and aluminium frame of the building
6. Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
7. Assist in the installation of doors, windows, flooring, and other fixtures
8. Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials according to specifications
9. Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
10. Interpret construction plans and instructions from supervisors to carry out building tasks
11. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
12. Teamwork-oriented with a positive attitude
13. Providing labour assistance to any departments required
