Responsbilities

Ensure the integrity, scalability, and security of the global platform, while driving its evolution to meet the growing needs of both Group IT and the business aligned with Symrise's digital and corporate strategies.

In this interdisciplinary role at the interface to the business, you will – in addition to day-to-day operational tasks – evaluate new integrated features to provide recommendations to senior IT stakeholders that further evolve the platform. About you

The primary purpose of the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst is to analyse, design, and enhance the Company’s Information Systems to ensure they effectively support and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems

Senior IT Support Executive

• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
