We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the assembly, subassembly, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic systems. They will ensure all production activities adhere to safety, quality standards, and work efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and participate in safety initiatives.
• Inspect components and assemblies to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Assemble and test mechanical, electrical, and electronic components based on technical instructions.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and cable management, ensuring high-quality connections.
• Calibrate and test robotic systems and components to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably in robotics or a related industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Strong wiring, soldering, and cable management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
