The IT Support Officer (Data Management) will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of all data systems within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, backing up and restoring data, and monitoring data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.

You will be part of the project team for the Data statistic department.

Job Description
- Assist project manager in IT support functions
- Monitoring project schedule and objectives to ensure timely achievement of deliverables
- Development and deployment of survey related IT projects
- Maintenance of all project documentation
- Perform UAT and Production testing for system deployment
- Conduct User Testing as and when required after system patching/maintenance
- Analyse call transcripts using text analysis methods such as rule-based matching and sentiment analysis in Python.
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards based on insights derived from call content to inform internal stakeholders and
- Improve customer service qualityform internal stakeholders and improve customer service quality
Job Requirement
- Degree in IT/Business, preferably has some knowledge of Project Coordination, Python, Tableau
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate ideas and solutions effectively in meetings/presentations
