The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is dedicated to promoting kidney health and providing quality, highly subsidised dialysis treatment and holistic care to patients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Specialist to join the IT team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist in the management and quality control of our clinical system upgrading project. You will play a crucial role in the coordination of the project and engage the respective vendor in ensuring that project milestones and implementation completion. Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Project Management & Coordination

• Actively manage and coordinate the Clinical System upgrade project, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, working closely with the vendor’s project manager to drive the project forward.

2. Documentation & Quality Control

• Ensure comprehensive and accurate Requirement and Design documentation is created, reviewed, and maintained.
• Supervise the vendor team to ensure adherence to requirements and design specifications, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

3. Business & Design review Facilitation

• Facilitate and lead business requirement and design review sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are captured and addressed.

4. Quality Assurance

• Oversee the quality control process for project deliverables, ensuring that they meet both functional and technical requirements.
• Manage and coordinate thorough testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are identified and addressed.

5. Training & Support

• Coordinate user training and provide ongoing post-go-live support to ensure the system is fully optimized and meets user needs.
• Provide assistance in resolving any post-deployment issues to ensure smooth operational continuity.

6. Management of issues & regression testing

• Manage and prioritize issues that arise post-go-live, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Oversee and coordinate regression testing to ensure system stability after any updates or changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of IT project experience with Functional / Technical experience in Microsoft .NET (Web App) technologies
• Experience in PowerApps, MS Dynamics CRM (2015 version or others)
• Experience in data migration processes
• Experience in Healthcare or Finance domain / industry will be advantageous
• Exposure in integration projects with government agencies will be a plus

▪ To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
o Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
▪ Track and compile project report regularly.
▪ Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
▪ Work with project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
▪ Work with project team to handover the client devices for O&S
▪ Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
▪ Submit the progress reports to Manager
