Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business units to identify sourcing requirements and provide timely procurement support
• Oversee the work of appointed external consultants, including M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
• Manage the preparation of pre-tender documents, tenders, and the administration of costs and contracts for development and procurement activities.
• Assess, and recommend new contractors or suppliers that align with the Business Groups' needs, following the selection and qualification process.
• Analyze and prepare cost estimates to support decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and dynamics to assess impacts on material and service availability, as well as pricing.
