• Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
• Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
• Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
• To answers all call within 3 ringing tone (without fail)
• Monitor the onboard status without fail and to informed customer on any irregularity
• Good communication among all related department concern Eg Ops, Warehouse , Traffic , planning team
• Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated .
• Constantly aware and update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
• Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner without fail

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations across our subsidiaries/JVs in Southeast Asia. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of each base, requiring regular travels to engage with local finance teams and operations on the ground.

Responsibilities

The main job responsibilities should include, but not be limited to:

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership across all Southeast Asia subsidiaries/JVs, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency at each base, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial standards; identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead local finance teams in various locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and external partners, including auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Travel Requirements: Conduct regular visits to subsidiaries/JVs to assess financial operations, provide support, and implement best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years of regional finance or accounting role with a track record of successful financial management. Experience in audit firm will be an advantage.
• A strong knowledge of all the accounting and taxation principles and standards, statutory legislations, and regulations locally, regionally, and globally.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and instructions from Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in regards with the finance matters).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive results.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
