Job Description:
• Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters
• Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
• Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
• Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
• Check policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and clients
• Undertake any ad hoc duties / tasks that may be assigned.
Job Requirement:
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
• Must be motivated and has a pleasant personality.
• At least 1 year experience in Insurance sector.
• Candidate with no experience in insurance sector are welcome to apply, but candidate has to obtain CGI if employed.
