Job description
Blunomy is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner responsible for a range of activities in Singapore and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be organised and autonomous and help every team member excel by creating an inspiring, engaging and healthy work environment.
Your day-to-day contribution can be discussed depending on your strengths and experience. Key areas of responsibility may include:
1. Recruitment:
Assist in managing recruitment activities, including:
- Screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documentation.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new hires.
2. HR Operations:
Support HR-related processes, such as:
- Managing employee records and timesheets.
- Assisting with visa and work permit applications.
- Coordinating onboarding schedules and ensuring smooth integration for new employees.
- Help with payroll-related tasks as needed.
3. Office Administration
- Handle office needs, including ordering supplies, managing IT inventory, and liaising with vendors.
- Oversee general office organisation and ensure the workspace is welcoming and efficient.
4. Culture and Team Building
- Organise team events, such as birthdays, seminars, and end-of-year celebrations.
- Contribute to creating an inspiring and engaging work environment that promotes collaboration and well-being.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to implement global and regional HR programs and policies in the Singapore and Hong Kong offices.

Preferred experience
We seek a motivated, experienced and passionate person to join our growing team. The right person will have some of the following and a willingness and ability to learn the rest:
- You are passionate about the energy transition and climate change, with a strong interest for energy, environment and/or sustainable development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least two years of direct recruitment experience in a headhunting agency or within a high-growth company or start-up
- Good knowledge of Singapore Labour Law and local regulations
- A passion for people. You should be smart, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and excited to bring out the best in people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels in the organisation and across offices. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
