1. Daily opening and closing of Outlets.
2. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, straws, stirrers, titbits, soft drinks, juices and updating of Outlets stocks inventory.
3. Input order into Point of Sales (POS) machine, maintain accountability of all beverages and food served. Billing to members/guests.
4. Ensure cleanliness of bar is well maintained.
5. Food preparation and simple cooking.
6. Upselling of food & beverages.
7. Preparing cocktails according to the standard recipe to ensure the standard is constant.
8. To issue karaoke room’s remote controller.
9. To serve food & beverages to members/guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
10. To ensure necessary actions taken directly or urgently related to guest satisfaction, and/or the welfare or safety of guests, employees or Club assets.
11. Coordinate events and raise events order.
12. Roster planning for Outpost.
13. You shall carry out any other duties assigned to you by the Management.
14. Organise events for members and guests in The Outpost, Laager, karaoke room, and Recreation room.
15. To raise up Event Orders by collecting detailed event requirements.
16. Responsible for performing settlement after the event.
17. To provide quality service to members at all times to achieve the Club’s Vision to be “The Best Social & Family Club”.
