Job Scope: -
1. Accounting & Record Keeping
· Monitor and record daily exchange rates
· Process and verify invoices (utilities, service providers, shipping, etc.)
· Reconcile payments, GIRO transactions, and bank statements
· Maintain accurate financial records and journals
2. GST Compliance
· Prepare and manage GST-related invoices and documentation
· Analyze GST ledger and submit reports
3. HR Responsibilities
· Manage leave records, attendance, and payroll tasks
· Handle CPF submissions, tax matters, and work pass applications
· Oversee medical insurance claims and government leave submissions
4. Administrative Duties
· Coordinate courier services and mail tasks
· Complete government surveys and manage contract renewals
· Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements: -
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administration
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting systems
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Familiarity with the precious metals industry is a plus
