Job Purpose
As a Quoting Associate, you will be responsible for completing quotation requests in a professional, accurate and timely manner to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify products requested by customers in LGC Standards catalogue by having an in depth of product specifications.
- Prepare all quotes for products in LGC Standards catalogue
- Input quotations in database: including Customer Profile, pricing, availability, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and shipping requirements
- Prepare and manage timelines of assigned quotation requests
- Follow up with quote requests
- Collaborate with marketing to support the executions for promotions and campaigns.
