Mission:

Outcomes: 

1/ Data reliability 
Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.

2/ Dashboard creation and management 
- Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise
- Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards
- Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created
- Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards
- Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived

3/ Documentation 
Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels.  Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.

4/ Data quality recommendations
Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.

5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts 
Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.

5. Enhancements to on-board and on-going monitoring Processes: Identify and recommend key improvements in conducting client risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, implemented with Product and IT teams.
6. Supplement the roles and responsibilities of the Head of Compliance and Risk during his absence, ensuring seamless continuity in compliance operations, and effectively manage any tasks delegated by the Head of Compliance and Risk
7. Regulatory Monitoring and Policy Updates: Monitor regulatory changes across all jurisdictions where Sleek operates, update the obligations register, and ensure compliance policies remain current and aligned with regulatory requirements.
8. Training Development and Delivery: Be a key contributor to designing, developing, and running training programs for compliance officers and Sleek employees, ensuring a strong compliance culture organization-wide.
9. Inspection and Licensing Support: Support the Head of Compliance during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and licensing applications or renewals across Sleek’s global footprint.
10. Compliance & Risk Dashboard Management: Establish and maintain a compliance and risk  heatmap dashboard to facilitate prioritization and decision-making for initiatives and resource allocation.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as Senior Compliance Officer, or Internal Auditor and you will be located in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to assist with relevant Singapore immigration applications.
• Provide an application overview, collate client documents/information, and address client queries promptly and professionally within the company’s stipulated response time.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional after-sales service.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Singapore immigration applications, including Citizenship, Permanent Residence (PR), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), and work pass applications (EP, TechPass, PEP, ONEPass, DP).
• Regularly interact with clients through various communication channels, including telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or face-to-face meetings.
• Manage the full spectrum of the case process, from initiation to advising on application outcomes.
• Prepare detailed immigration advice for clients.
• Manage systems and databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes.
• Undertake other HR & Admin functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned.
• Understand how daily tasks contribute to the team's and business's priorities.
• Show strong commitment to personal learning and development.
• Work effectively across departments and within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported, respected, and recognized for their contributions.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or equivalent in any field of study.
• Have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the Singapore immigration sector.
• Possession of a CEI (Basic) license is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Be personable with good communication skills and a passion for client service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
